Capital Tower 1 and Capital Tower 2 are two modern office buildings located at the intersection of two state boundaries. With their smart location and world-class amenities, these towers are popular among strategic business leaders. However, the challenge was to provide efficient and effective building maintenance services while ensuring minimal disruption to the occupants. Appletree was approached to provide a solution that could access all areas of both buildings with ease.

Appletree’s design team worked closely with the building architects and facade consultants to come up with the best solution for the buildings. It was determined that a 14-meter BMU for Capital Tower 1 and a 5-meter BMU on tracks for Capital Tower 2 would be the most effective and efficient solution. The tracks for Capital Tower 2 were installed on the building periphery to ensure access to all areas of the building facade. The solution was designed with the highest level of safety in mind, ensuring the BMUs would be easy to operate and maintain. The installation of the BMUs was carried out smoothly and quickly, with minimal disruption to the building occupants.
Both buildings are 75 meters tall and required a safe and reliable solution to maintain their exterior. The Appletree team was faced with the challenge of designing a BMU that could access all areas of the building facade, while keeping in mind the unique location of the buildings. Additionally, the solution needed to minimize any disturbance to the building occupants while ensuring a high level of safety for the maintenance crew.
With the installation of the Appletree BMUs, Capital Tower 1 and Capital Tower 2 can now be maintained efficiently and effectively. The BMUs provide easy access to all areas of the buildings, enabling regular maintenance to be carried out with minimal disruption to the occupants. The safety of maintenance crews is also ensured, thanks to the high-quality design and installation of the BMUs.
