Sattva Knowledge Park Tower 1 is a 22-story building located in HITEC city, Hyderabad, with a height of 100 meters. The building's unique design presented a challenge for Appletree: accessing all the niches with limited space on the roof. To overcome this challenge, Appletree's designers worked closely with the architects and facade consultants to come up with a solution.

The solution was Two Elbow spreader BMUs on tracks. This was the first time in India that a company has produced elbow spreader BMUs. Appletree is proud to have achieved this feat in record time.
